Discovered ca. 1990 at the Cathedral in Oaxaca, Mexico, this book of 13 organ works for a divided manual and four brief versets for the Gloria belonged to a nun who collected or composed the works, and who lived in America (New Spain) in the Colonial era, but at dates unknown. Oaxaca had an organ by 1544. Extensive notes on the music, organs, and the milieu.
